In pursuance of a general plan now being acted upon throughout the State, to secure for preservation and publication a historical report from each county, a convention is hereby called of all those who take an interest in the preservation of the annals of Richland County to meet in the Lyceum Library room at the Court House, in the city of Mansfield, on Saturday, May 27, at one o'clock P.M.

The object of this meeting is not only to arrange for the report specificed, but also to form a permanent historical and archaeological association for the county.
